Online Session Testimonial:

”I have been working with Anne-Marie for the last 10 months post major abdominal surgery.  I had seen such incredible healing and increased function because of her work with me. My case is complex and many of my organs were affected.  She has been able to reduce my pain, while increasing my range of motion. I have experienced an overall increase in strength and function of my pelvic floor that I wasn’t sure I would ever regain to this level.  Her sessions have been a miracle for me and increased my quality of life substantially.

We were doing in-person sessions up until Covid-19 created the need for isolation.  Due to how good the in-person sessions were, I was curious to see how working remotely would compare.  I chose to jump right in because I didn’t want to lose the ground I had gained.  I figured we would have a couple sessions then I would hang tight until we could meet in person again.  The remote sessions with Anne-Marie have been a game changer.  Instead of a plateau in my healing, I have experienced consistent increases in function and strength.  Anne-Marie is very detailed in her instructions when we are on-line and I am now ‘her’ hands as we do the movement and exercises.  I feel that this has given me increased confidence in what I am able to do on a daily basis to support my body. She is training my hands and teaching me to listen to my body in a way I never have before.  She follows up with a detailed description of what we did during the session and I print that off to refer to for the next week. The exercises and movements always build off of what we did the previous week and I feel similar reductions in pain after the remote sessions that I do for the in person sessions.

I feel that these remote sessions have actually offered me more in some respects for how to sustainability help my own body.  I will definitely return  for in-person sessions, but I feel strongly moving forward that it is in my best interests to have a blend of remote and in person sessions with Anne-Marie.

Thank you Anne-Marie for your guidance and support on this healing journey.  I would not be functioning this well without your expertise. ”
