Our clinic offers pelvic health physiotherapy services, Clinical Pilates and manual osteopathy therapy with a focus on Women’s health. We also teach pre- and postnatal physiotherapy classes, and organise guide-led backcountry ski days and retreat at Talus Lodge.

Step into the Magic of the Alpine

Join us August 22-25, 2025, for a unique Hiking & Mindfulness Retreat at the stunning Campbell Icefield Chalet, just West of Golden, accessible by helicopter. Anne-Marie Fafard will co-lead with Martha McCallum (certified hiking guide, life coach trained in the Hakomi psychology approach, & yoga instructor). This retreat blends movement, mindfulness, time in nature, to connect and reconnect surrounded by the untouched alpine setting.
